Piergiorgio (Toti) Semerano was born in Padua in 1941 and got a degree in Architecture in 1966 at the IUAV University of Venice. He designed the new Stella Maris in Bibione (Venice).
He works and lives in Padua and Lecce. In the last years arch. Semerano has based his way of thinking architecture on the continuous technical and plastic experimentation.
